  • Guest Access: Users can use the app as a guest without logging in. In guest mode, we do not collect any personal or health-related data, except for the basic details necessary to complete a report booking (for example, name, contact number, and preferred time slot). These details are not shared with third parties and are deleted after the booking is processed.
  • App content: Our app includes a guest access feature that allows users to browse and book health reports without creating an account. No sensitive or personal health data is collected in guest mode. Basic booking information (such as name, contact number, and selected report type) is used only for completing the booking request.
